How do I enable Crypto?

As of November 2022, due to recent news with the FTX crypto exchange, regulations have encouraged brokers to err on the side of caution, especially with custodial accounts. So, if you signed up during the 2022 fiscal year, you will find that crypto is temporarily disabled for your account. If your teen had crypto tokens, they can still manage these, but not purchase additional coins. Bloom is still waiting on updated news, and apologizes in advance for the frustration this may cause! If your teen was especially eager to invest in crypto, consider exploring ETFs that track crypto tokens.
