How do I Change the Phone Number or Email on my Account?

As of November 2022, Bloom does not allow users to directly change this. Instead, please text us at through the app or send us an email with the message below:

Subject: Change Phone Number/Email

Hi Bloom,

I’d like to update the contact info on my account since (short reason here, ex. got a new phone #). My old phone number is XX and my new phone number is XX.

From there, a team member will help you out and update the information asap.
